The purpose of this website is to provide information relevant to establishing a municipal government ethics program for the city of Bethlehem, PA. Early in 2017, city council members Olga Negron and Michael Colon proposed an ethics ordinance for the city of Bethlehem. This ordinance is currently being reviewed by city council. This site has been created by citizens of Bethlehem who support the ordinance and who wish to make information about it publicly available.
